The role & team
Specsavers have a fun, close-knit, friendly and supportive Contact Centre Operations team. This consists of a team of ten reporting into the Contact Centre Operations Team Lead. The team is part of the wider Central Support team of around twenty-four including the Customer Service Team and Ecommerce Team. In your new role as a Central Support Administrator - Data you will join a team who pride themselves on both ability to process data and credits efficiently and effectively in line with company KPIs.

This role will support the achievement of business quality objectives and customer service targets by entering orders accurately and assessing/processing credits in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The Central Support Administrator role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
