Currently, our employees are predominately working from home and this role will also be remote for the time being. We anticipate employees will be returning to the office, in a flexible capacity, during 2021 as appropriate & when it is safe to do so.
This role will sit within the Customer Success team, reporting into our Director of Customer Success.
This will be an initial 3 month contract with full time hours, and we are looking for someone who is immediately available. This would suit a recent graduate, who is excited by the idea of working in the Customer Success division. There is ample opportunity for the role to extend, in our ever growing team.
Deputy are are looking to kick off our SMB customer journey project in mid September. It is a New plan to onboard customers & Set up 4 course live session journey. Some customer join the group training sessions, but some do not & we need to track attendance properly so that we can correctly allocate clients to the next step in the onboarding process.
We don't yet have automation built in for managing the customers through their journey, & have decided to keep the data collection and updates manual for now so we can move fast and not have to wait for automation to kick off the project. As such, we are looking for a temp manual data maintenance analyst who can help us keep the operational integrity of the project.
