Western Health Medical Workforce Unit is seeking experienced and highly motivated Casual Administration Assistants to join our team. The role is Casual Monday to Friday.
An exciting opportunity awaits energetic and passionate individuals. As part of the team, you will work closely with the Manager, Medical Workforce Unit Coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure the unit provides a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment, whilst ensuring a safe and positive workplace for our Medical Staff.
The Casual Medical Workforce Administration Assistant – is responsible for assisting in the coordinated delivery of all recruitment, employment, registration, credentialing/on boarding, rostering, payroll and leave management for the Junior Medical cohort employed by Western Health during surge periods and for leave relief.
The incumbent must demonstrate strong time management and organisation skills and a strong commitment to the values of Western Health and have experience coordinating a large number of staff and varying administration activities.
