About the Department
St. Vincent’s Mental Health (SVMH) includes an adult area mental health service for the inner city areas of Yarra and Boroondara.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the provision of administration support and will form part of the administrative support team for the Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) Unit, and in particular the PARC Community Program group program.
Classification for this position is YC89 ($66,768 pa prorata).
Provide administrative support to PARC staff
Collect, collate and enter data into a range of software programs and self monitor for accuracy
Assist with communication to consumers about the PARC Community Program groups, via phone, SMS and email
Provide support to the PARC Community Program team in the enrolment and registering of consumers for the group program.
Run data reports from a range of databases for internal and external purposes
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Knowledge, experience and ability in the provision of administrative functions.
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to determine workload priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in the maintenance of office systems.
