Administration Officer - COVID19 Support Officer Team
Part Time, work 25 hours per week over 5 days
Salary packaging, onsite car parking and, close to public transport
COVID-19 Support Officers needed for a variety of roles across RMH and NWMH

The Royal Melbourne Hospital has been designated as a COVID streaming hospital by the Victorian Department of Health and is responsible for delivering acute care to COVID positive patients. The purpose of this position is to lead the implementation of a COVID-19 Support Officer workforce across RMH and NWMH. This workforce will support the delivery of safe and effective care within COVID streaming areas, including COVID and SCOVID wards, the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit.
The Administration Officer role is pivotal to the smooth and efficient administrative function of the COVID Support Officer Workforce. COVID-19 Support Officers undertake a variety of roles needed across RMH and NWMH, including:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) spotter
COVID Campus Marshall
Screening of staff/visitors at hospital entry points

COVID testing (dependent on qualification) Your new role:
Assist the Manager and Team Leaders with administrative functions for the team
Responsible for information management and the departments’ operational administration activities to ensure systems are optimised to support performance and quality improvement
This role is integral to ensure processes and information support management are in accordance to organisational workforce system requirements.

About You:
Highly developed skills in all Microsoft office software programs, (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrated experience and skills in roster management, preferably with RosterOn experience
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and co-workers
Excellent communication skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism and diplomacy
Effective problem solving skills
