We are recruiting for Administration Officer to commence work in July 2021.

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the administration service delivery is consistently maintained at a high standard ensuring that the person centred culture is at the heart of all that we do.

 

Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist consumers with a strong person-centred care focus and will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a "can do" attitude;

  • Ability to work across different systems , with experience in payroll and HR systems an advantage;

  • Advanced competency with Microsoft office suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role;

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems;

  • National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old);

  • Flu vaccination and willing to obtain annually.
