Part Time, (2-3 days a week)
Ambulance Victoria (AV) is recruiting an Administration Support Officer to join their Property Services Department, within the Corporate Services Division. Our industrious team requires a new addition, so we are currently recruiting a part-time (2 days min.) permanent position, based in Blackburn North. (This role will involve a combination of working from home and onsite)
About the role
The responsibility of this primary service role is to provide timely, efficient and accurate services in accordance with AV's processes and to provide a responsive service to stakeholders.
Reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting, the main duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
You are an enthusiastic person who is an adept administrator, accommodating and responsive with an organised and diligent approach to your daily tasks. Ideally you have worked well with established systems and workflow practises, maybe you haven't but you are an energetic individual and genuine team member, then we would be interested to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be a good team player with excellent customer services skills, who authentically thrives in a hectic workplace while ensuring a sharpened sense of accuracy working in a large and complex corporate environment. If you have experience in a high-volume data management environment, demonstrated ability and experience in data entry and processing of information as well as a high level of clerical capacity, you will be well suited to this role. Cultivated written and verbal communication, as well as sound numeric skills, will be essential for your success.
Applicants must have proficient computer and keyboard skills. Having used of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel daily you a secure in working with it to complete tasks. (Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Excel or similar would be advantageous).

We offer salary packaging options, generous personal leave entitlements and other benefits including on-site parking. The salary range for this position is $58,497.39 pro-rata plus 10% superannuation.
