About the Role: The Community and Engagement Support Team provides administrative support to the Community and Engagement Faculty and Heads of School. The Engagement teams focus is the provision of successful pathways to ensure each student is provided the opportunity to succeed.
This position will report to the Team Leader Community and Engagement and the Heads of School.
As Admin officer, your role will be to ensure the requirements of the faculty are met. These requirements will include but not limited to the:

  • Preparation of engagement reports when requested by the faculty and Heads of School
  • Coordination and provision of support for student activities including senior exams
  • Provision of support and participation in the development of faculty processes including monitoring student engagement
  • Preparation, for approval, of communication to the internal and external school community
  • Other duties as directed by the Team Leader

About You: The ideal candidate will have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and experience in building relationships with other team members to support student engagement. They will have a proven ability to independently prioritise and organise their work and can operate effectively within defined timeframes and deadlines.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
