With support from our People and Culture advisor and wider team you will be responsible for administration support for the People and Culture unit in key areas of trainee-ships/apprenticeships, on-boarding/off-boarding and training and compliance. As part of this position, you may be completing a Certificate in Business or other applicable trainee-ship, fully paid for by the Employer!

What you can expect in this role

  • On-boarding and Off-boarding
    • On-boarding and off-boarding of staff including liaison with payroll
    • System and Data Entry
    • Employment Contract Drafting (Utilising existing templates)
    • Spreadsheet Tracking
  • Trainee-ship and Apprenticeship Administration and Liaison
    • Manage the paperwork and associated administration of trainee-ships and apprenticeships
    • Tracking of trainee-ship and apprenticeship details
    • Spreadsheet Tracking
    • Management of email inbox, responding to queries, system data entry
    • Liaison with the Registered Training Organisation(s)
  • Training and Compliance
    • Data Entry
    • Filing
    • Tracking and Reporting
  • Ad-Hoc Administration Support for the P&C Team

  • Good with MS suite, word, excel
