As an Admissions Centre Administrator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the Front Office. This will involve processing admission request forms, performing general administration functions, processing on-line admission forms in accordance with policies and providing timely follow up on outstanding pre-admission calls.

This position will see you developing and maintaining effective relationships with others and working in a constructive and collaborative fashion.



About You

To succeed in this position, you will have an approachable demeanour with a natural ability to maintain good working relationships with both internal and external clientele. You will demonstrate the ability to problem solve, show sensitivity to patient needs and possess excellent telephone etiquette.

You will also demonstrate;

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment
  • Understanding of Health Funds, Contracts and their application
  • Experience in Meditech Patient Management system
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Able to prioritise tasks within designated timeframes
  • Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite
