Having at least 2 years previous experience in supervising a team of 10, in a fast paced retail, outlet or service environment is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
