About the Role

The School is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant who will work closely with the Academic Education and Student Development Directors.
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level administrative support as part of the Senior School Administration team.

About You

  • To be successful in this role you will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
  • A minimum of five years’ experience as a Personal Assistant is essential and experience at a senior level would be desirable.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills including:
    o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Zoom) and desirably experience in the use of Adobe design software but not essential.
    o Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used at the school (Synergetic – student database system).
    o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in the handling of confidential and sensitive information, always using diplomacy and integrity when dealing with sensitive issues with students, families and staff.
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills ensuring high-quality output and acting when required.
  • Hard-working and passionate about your career and making a difference.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently, intuitively and flexibly.
  • Excellent work history where you have demonstrated a long-term commitment to the roles you have undertaken.
  • A proactive, flexible and versatile attitude that is responsive to changing priorities, including:
    o The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure
    o The ability to plan, organise, use available resources, drive workflow and problem solve
