Campbelltown Hospital is looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people to complement and enhance our current Screening Team as a Customer Service Officer (Administration Officer Level 2). This position covers both Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals. The successful applicants will be required to work a 24/7 rotating roster.

What you'll be doing

The COVID Customer Service Officer provides screening at facility checkpoints. This includes welcoming visitors to the facility, screening questions, temperature checking, allowing visitors to enter as per visitor logs, way finding and providing PPE to all staff and visitors at SWSLHD facilities. The COVID Customer Service Officer will follow an established escalation process if issues or concerns arise or become apparent.
