The opportunity

Our Property Claims team is seeing unprecedented growth as we strategically create a stronger presence by introducing new commercial and domestic property claims teams into the Australian market and revolutionizing the way we service our customers.

As part of this plan we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Claims Officer to join our team in Parramatta, on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

 

Your story so far

We are looking for solutions focused people, who pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact. Self-motivated individuals who maintain these levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge.

You will possess:

  • Strong customer service experience - the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands

  • Previous experience as Claims Officer would be highly advantageous

  • The ability to manage multiple competing tasks at one time

  • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional

  • The ability to use multiple systems at one time

  • Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
