CUSTOMER COORDINATOR – Casula

 

About the role

We are currently seeking a results driven and energetic Customer Coordinator/Workshop planner to join our workshop team based at our Casula facility on a 12 month fixed term contract with the view of permanency.

As the single point of contact between the customer and our workshop, you are responsible for the coordination of the scope, scheduling, pricing and invoicing of required work, while ensuring customer requirements are achieved within agreed timeframe and budget.

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will mainly be responsible for managing the released work scopes for jobs in the workshop.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic, highly skilled, customer centric, technical minded operator looking to take a big step up and in with a market leading service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer support and service
  • Work order management
  • Invoice management
  • Purchasing
  • Warranty processing
  • Liaising with Workshop supervisors and team leaders to allocate works.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in a similar role preferably within heavy industry
  • Highly developed customer service and communication skills
  • Work schedules and Work shop planning
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
  • Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
  • Appreciation and understanding of service works orders (high volume fast paced)
  • SAP, or other ERP proven skills
