What you’ll do
This role will support the delivery of Wagering & Media’s “Voice of Customer” program. This program will deliver experience data to the organisation by measuring specific customer experiences, and by collecting solicited and unsolicited feedback, including structured data (CSAT, NPS/NES surveys) and unstructured data (e.g.: product reviews, app store feedback, contact centre feedback etc).
