We’re seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about providing first class customer experiences to the community to join our team as we continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience journey.
As a Customer Relations Officer, you’ll play a key role within our organisation, being the first point of contact for our Community and setting the standard for first class customer service. You’ll be an expert in multi-tasking and have a knack for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be top notch and you’ll have an ability to not only adapt to but exceed customer expectations with every encounter. As no two days are the same at PSC, this opportunity will see you rotating between our front desk, liaising with our internal business units, taking phone calls and responding to customer enquiries via our socials.
This opportunity would suit someone who’s seeking a position that works in with their lifestyle! Your core days of work will be Monday, Thursday & Friday of each week – so you technically gain an extra weekend!
