About the role
Our Customer Service Support (CSS) staff are the first point of contact (phone) for existing customers, assisting with feedback, complaints, maintaining service schedules, service coordination, brokerage arrangements and budgets. Other tasks include:
Based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne - You'll be working from home and will have experience responding to a high volume of phone queries & admin tasks.
You will not be directly accountable for care or clinical governance - these queries are referred to other staff.
