Job Description

Our ideal candidate:

  • Flexibility and empathy in resolving disputes, and communicating with customers
  • Has a high level of problem solving ability
  • Has a strong alignment to fair and ethical business practises
  • Works well under pressure with a logical and pragmatic approach
  • Strong attention to detail with professional communication skills – verbal and written

  • Can effectively collaborate to get things done
  • Able to work full time hours (post training flexibility can be considered for either early or late shift times

Desired Skills and Experience

Some further details on the role:

  • Work with clients such as the Big 4 banks and other major Australian institutions
  • Use high level negotiation skills to come up with resolutions for each unique customer situation
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints and disputes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find win-win resolutions for customers
  • Negotiate suitable options to settle accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Work with high risk complaints
  • Conduct root cause analysis of complaints to help improve workflow processes - desired, not essential as full training will be given
  • Role model fair and ethical practises
