What you’ll do

Support the embedding of Tabcorp’s Risk & Compliance frameworks and the ongoing maintenance of Tabcorp’s Risk & Compliance system. This role is pivotal in influencing Tabcorp’s maturing risk culture.

You’ll be responsible for collation of risk metrics and information for governance reporting and supporting other teams to adhere to Tabcorp’s risk management framework including incident and action management.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial, risk management or business-related field with demonstrated experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, consulting, or process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills including ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Highly demonstrable experience in delivery or process improvements and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong attention to detail including analytical and problem-solving skills.
