Working From Home

Manningham Council have a number of policies and practices to help support our staff during this time, including a Working from Home policy, flexible work practices and an IT infrastructure to support various communication methods when working remotely.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Compile Council and briefing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate the publication and distribution of Council and briefing meeting agendas, minutes and action items.
  • Provide general administration, guidance and support to users of InfoCouncil.
  • Process applications for community fundraising activities.
  • Maintain and monitor Manningham’s Policy Register

Skills and Experience

You will bring:

  • High level administrative experience, preferably in a governance or local government context
  • Extensive experience in supporting Council and briefing meeting processes
  • High standards of ethical conduct and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to prioritise work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling you to lead, influence and build effective working relationships across Council
