Do you have an experience and knowledge in the provision of efficient administrative procedures, secretarial and clerical support?

Have you demonstrated competency in the use of management of data and use of database tools?

The purpose of the Infection Prevention and Control Administrative Officer Level 4 is to provide broad range of clerical and administrative services in accordance with the operating requirements of the Special Health Accommodation facilities. This will involve providing a high level of support to the SHA, police hotel auditing program and airport ensuring adherence to policy and procedure for auditing process’s and by maintaining an enthusiastic, positive, polite and helpful approach in assisting stakeholders.

The Administrative Officer Grade 4 will provide a broad range of clerical and administrative services to the Infection Prevention and Control team and extended Special Health Accommodation operation. Must be willing to comply with staff surveillance swabbing and vaccination recommendations.

This is a Category A position. To be employed by NSW Health you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy (PD2020_017)
