The Know Our Customer Centre of Excelence has recently been formed and includes quality control and compliance for Australia Retail & Commercial KYC related activities (AR&C). A recent end to end review of KYC processes has identified a number of opportunities to uplift and continually improve our KYC quality assurance program.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for business requirements, design input and delivery management for new systems and processes within ANZ’s Know Our Customer Centre of Excellence (KYC CoE). You will work closely with other journey experts who are delivering operational process design and customer contact strategy to achieve a holistic and effective new KYC capability for ANZ.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Expertise in KYC processes in a financial institution
  • Experience with KYC system implementations
  • Knowledge of KYC systems is valuable e.g. Fenergo, SimpleKYC, eVerify
  • Knowledge of case management and CRM systems is valuable e.g. Pega, Salesforce
  • Experience with customer data quality management and cleansing
