We are currently looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Administrator to join our Corporate IT business, based in South Melbourne, Victoria.
The Level 2 Service Desk Technician provides high level technical support services to internal customers and The Level 2 Service Desk Technician provides high level technical support services to internal customers and maintains the overall computing environment by identifying issues and gaps and detailing requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring systems and providing support for QinetiQ staff.
Provide Tier 1 level of support to internal and external employees by taking ownership of incidents and requests and properly escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support.
