Work for BOQ’s first Victorian branch, which has been privately owned and operated for the past 17 years. The branch has built a loyal following through developing strong client relationships and now they are looking for a like-minded individual to join the team who can bring a customer-centric mindset and demonstrated experience in loan administration.
What you will be doing:

  • Processing lending applications from application through to post settlement for personal loans, home loans and investment loans
  • Order valuations, title searches, company searches, manual credit checks
  • Order, download and collate loan documentation
  • Action loan documentation and complete compliance checks
  • Liaise with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end loan processing

About you:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar loans administration role
  • Proven customer service orientation with demonstrated relationship building skills
  • Experience in processing lending applications
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Growth mindset

About the role:

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Salary commensurate to experience up to $60K + 9.5% super
  • Based out of the Frankston branch
  • Privately owned and operated – work for someone who is truly invested in their business and employees
