We currently have a number of opportunities for Full Time, Part Time and Casual Court and Custodial Officers to join the team at Melbourne Custody Centre (MCC). G4S operate MCC on behalf of Victoria Police and provide a wide range of services in a contract that focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for persons in custody, staff, and members of the public.
MCC is located in Melbourne's CBD, and is the central location for all persons arrested by Victoria Police and receives and accommodates prisoners attending the Melbourne Magistrates Court.
Being a Court & Custodial officer provides a great deal of variety and responsibility throughout several posts within the facility.

The next training program will commence on 17th January 2022. Please ensure you can committ to working full time hours from the 17th January to 20th February 2022 before applying.
All applicants must be willing to undertake the G4S Recruitment & Compliance process which includes providing 2 years' worth of employment history, pre-employment medical, passing a National Police Check (including fingerprints) and gain Victoria Police approval to work in the MCC.
