In this role you will be reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer (CP&CO) and playing a pivotal role in diary management, collating reports, proof-reading (as required) and delivery of quality and timely support for the CP&CO.

About the Role
The P&C Executive Assistant is responsible for general assistance and administrative support across a number of key components for the CP&CO, including (but not limited to):

 

  • Diary and Inbox Management
  • Support for outgoing internal communications
  • Coordinate documents including briefing notes, presentations and reports
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Meeting coordination including agendas, minutes, chairing and meeting organisation
  • File and document management
  • General support for People and Culture team including catering, mail, kitchen and stationery supplies, and ad hoc support as needed

 


As a trusted officer for the CP&CO, you will have opportunities to cross-skill and be involved with projects for the wider People and Culture Team as the need arises.

About the Person
We are searching for a highly capable and reliable administrator, who can demonstrate solid customer service skills. It is an expected requirement that the ideal candidate has a high level of computer literacy; specifically in MS Office, TRIM and preferably Tech One.

Qualifications (Level)

  • Certificate IV in HR, Business or an Administrative discipline and/or experience in a comparable role.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within HR
  • Previous experience using HRIS tools or databases
