Our client is an industry leader in the importation of beverages and on-selling those products to high profile clients. They are a growing business and with recent re-branding and a new product ranges, selling into large business's including Coles and Woolworths. They are looking for someone who values customer first commitment and is a hardworking individual to complement the rest of the organisation's operations. This opportunity is excellent for an outstanding internal sales administrators/customer services professional to join a high performing business on a permanent part-time basis.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operation Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:

  • Daily processing of customer sales orders via e-mail or phone.
  • Processing and actioning customer requirements on a business-to-business basis.
  • Complete clerical finance duties weekly - Banks Recs, AP and Creditors statement.
  • Liaising with customers, 3PL and operations department to ensure order deliveries are on track.
  • Building and developing customer relationships through outstanding customer services.
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the sales management team.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Customer service & Finance Administrator, who is looking to work on a part-time basis. A candidate who has excellent computer literacy with high attention to detail when processing customer orders. Ideally, you can work collaboratively amongst the entire organisation in order to solve customer issues in a timely manner. Someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment is a must. Prior experience using multiple CRM systems will be highly valued, as well as having experience in a phone-based sales administration or customer service environment.
