Let’s talk about the role:



Due to internal promotion and growth of the People, Culture and Development team, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Administration Officer.

This is a true admin support role where you will be central repository for all things people related as well as ensuring robust process and systems are maintained.

This unique opportunity allows the successful person to build on a well-developed role, as well as undertaking process improvement where necessary and actively contributing to projects as well as the day-to-day requirements.



Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;



  • Being the first point of contact for the People, Culture & Development team by managing all enquiries that come in across multiple channels from both employees and managers.
  • Coordinate, produce, receive and file all employment documentation for employees, ensuring accuracy that documentation is delivered and stored in line with relevant privacy and quality standards.
  • Completing and maintain audit and compliance records of employee registrations, qualifications and other information as required for the organisation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of employees across multiple sites.
  • General reporting, including monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting.
  • Be a key member of the PC&D team providing active support and contribution to all team meetings and exciting project work.
  • Helping to keep our team on track with administrative tasks.

With a good foundational knowledge of business practices, you will have well developed administration and communication skills and a professional approach to delivering outcomes to multiple stakeholders.



You will have:

  • Tertiary or TAFE qualifications in Business or HR will be well regarded
  • Previous experience in an administration or support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail, a flexible attitude and an ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgment to prioritise workloads
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment
