About your new role:
We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Personal Assistant with a genuine interest in HR.

In this high visibility role you will report directly to the Director, who heads up our HR, IT, Finance and Marketing teams and will also work closely with the HR team to assist with the administration needs.

William Buck is currently in an exciting high growth phase our HR team needs to grow!

As the Personal Assistant/HR Admin, you will provide high level administration support to the Director as well as day to day HR exposure, including getting involved with HR projects and initiatives (we have lots planned and we’d love fresh eyes and new ideas), preparation of employee correspondence and documentation, maintaining our HRIS and ensuring HR data and spreadsheets are up to date and accurate to name a few!

What you’ll bring to our team:
2+ yrs experience in a similar role and a genuine interest in HR

Ability to provide high level support, including dealing with matters of a highly sensitive and confidential nature

An innovative and enthusiastic mindset; we’re looking for initiative, new ideas and better ways of doing things!

A high level of written and verbal communication skills. We’re a collaborative firm – you’ll be liaising with all levels of our business from Graduates through to Directors and the MD, externally you’ll be working with industry stakeholders, lawyers, building management, travel agencies, event coordinators to name a few.

Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities (we can catch so you’ll never be left on your own)
