About School Infrastructure
School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role
In your role you will ensure compliance with relevant statutory obligations and legislative requirements on a range of statutory planning assessments, supporting the effective implementation and delivery of infrastructure projects.
This role will provide advice on state and local government planning policies, regulations and legislation. Your expertise will enable you to effectively engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive stakeholder engagement which you will achieve through a highly collaborative approach seeing you succeed in building strong working relationships.
You will develop, maintain and review statutory planning processes, procedures aligned with best practice planning principles and standards. Your communication skills will see you provided effective advice to teams across the organisation while balancing competing demands and priorities to deliver agreed work assignments within required deadlines.
