We are seeking an enthusiastic Stores Administrator to join our dynamic team. The success candidate would provide centralised continuity and ownership for the various systems which underpin the different disciplines within the reliability department. This role will administrate the Maintenance Stores Purchasing, R&M budget reporting, Maintenance Stores management, Contrac system administration for Springwood reliability team and administer Springwood Site Training Matrix.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising orders in SAP
  • Receive and receipt orders, resolving any discrepancies
  • Issue R&M Budget information Weekly
  • Support the management of the R&M budget
  • Update the ordering book with progress of orders
  • Chase urgent parts and escalate if needed
  • Seek better prices from alternative suppliers
  • Keep labels up to date, replacing any that are missing or damaged.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder as required
  • Collect parts daily from Reception building and place in to the correct bins
  • Ensure Contractor documentation is up to date (insurances and work cover)
  • Issue purchase orders for Outside Service work and co-ordinate the works with the teams as per Site Service Manager Request.
  • Operating forklift as and when required, for unloading parts and assisting the teams.
