An exciting opportunity currently exists for an innovative and motivated individual to join Wagner’s Administration team as a Trainee Receptionist and Administration Assistant. As the first point of contact for the company, this is a highly valued role that requires excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism. Based at our Pinkenba Cement Plant this role is perfect for an individual who is keen to get a start in their career.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
General reception duties - Managing incoming calls and site visitors
Maintaining account records
Raising purchase orders and goods receipting
Account and PO/invoice reconciliations
Creating and maintaining customer and vendor contracts
Processing sales dockets, invoices, credits and debits
Ordering stationery and general supplies
Providing general admin support to the Cement management team
Other duties as required
The successful applicant will be an outgoing self-starter with strong organisational capabilities, a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a pragmatic approach to following company processes are paramount to your success in this position.
