Are you looking to further develop and enhance your career in health, safety and wellbeing? We have an exciting opportunity for a WHS & Wellbeing Project Officer to join the team to manage and support the delivery of WHS projects and programs of work that will benefit the overall health, safety and wellbeing of our employees in the workplace.

 

 

You will also be required to fulfil the below duties:

 

 

  • Develop and implement WHS and wellbeing policies, procedures, fact sheets and educational materials.
  • Undertake research to identify gaps and emerging issues that may be of WHS and wellbeing concerns.
  • Promote a culture of early intervention and leading practice in health management.
  • Work collaboratively with and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovation and evidence-based health, safety and wellbeing projects.

 

 

About You

 

 

Do you have a passion for safety, wellbeing and injury prevention management? Do you have the natural ability to influence others to partake in activities that will benefit their overall health? Do you have experience in delivering early intervention health and wellbeing programs of work? The key to your success in this role will be your ability to manage and deliver a range of WHS projects under tight deadlines. You will have an evident passion for the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff members as well as the ability to deliver unique solutions on any emerging WHS issues. We encourage and welcome those who have a strong working knowledge of health, wellbeing, WHS legislation, regulations and Australian workplace standards.

 

 

Essential Requirements

 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in WHS, Allied Health or related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and Australian standards.
