An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty / Customer Service Administrator to join our Brisbane Wacol location. This is an important role within the team as we continually strive to improve the level of service provided to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service, growing service customer relationships and sales through scheduled repairs, and providing customers with timely updates throughout their service experience. Working with the warranty team to resolve all warranty enquiries and ensure that the guidelines are strictly adhered to in processing and managing claims.

What you will do:

  • Provide service advisory support to the service department.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and to ensure that customers satisfaction is maintained.
  • Increase and maximise all service sales through proactively liaising with customers
  • Be responsible for processing and administration of branch warranty claims
  • Manage warranty claim progress and report on warranty claim status
  • Liaise with central warranty and service team to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the branch team with a professional approach to all service and warranty enquiries.

As an ideal candidate you will have:

  • You will have previous experience within a similar industry (automotive dealership experience would be ideal);
  • True customer focus – you'll be able to communicate information in a clear, logical manner and provide meaningful advice and problem solving strategies to our valued customers;
  • Attention to detail and highly accurate data entry/data processing skills;
  • Are passionate about working safely and maintaining excellent housekeeping practices.
