About your Next Role:
We are currently looking for an organised, passionate, and energetic Wholesale Customer Service Administrator to join our Support Office Wholesale team in Abbotsford. The role is responsible for providing support to the Agents and broader wholesale team, maintaining strong relationships with wholesale customers, whilst providing a timely and accurate service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering direct customer enquiries via phone and email;
  • Accurately processing key customer indent and stock orders, cancellations and returns;
  • Running back order reports for agents and customers to assist with delivery enquiries;
  • Assisting with the sales agent's enquiries and administration of reports as required;
  • Communicating to warehouse regarding dispatch of goods; and
  • Updating flyers and maintaining spreadsheets as requested.

About you:
We are seeking someone who is highly organized and detail oriented with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will bring your proven stakeholder management skills from a previous administration position within a wholesale environment or similar.

Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills that exceeds customers expectation;
  • Fantastic verbal communication skills and phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy;
  • Exceptional written communication skills; ability to articulate sensitively and professionally via email;
  • Skilled and organised at managing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Excel specifically); and
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
