You are responsible to support the Education and Learning team by providing a high level of technical and administrative support to enhance and improve the centre’s education functions.


  • Provide advanced technical and administrative support to Education & Learning staff across all campuses

  • Knowledgeable with use of AV equipment, software and latest platforms

  • Manage and track all Education & Learning IT equipment

  • Facilitate bookings of rooms and equipment

  • Receive and filter mail and email correspondence for the department


The classification for this role will be HS2 ($66,678 per annum) pro rata.


Your Contribution

  • Extensive administrative experience, minimum 2 years.

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated customer service experience

  • Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain
