We are now recruiting for this new, part time role to join the Corporate Services Team who are integral to the functionality of Architecture & Access. Corporate Services provide strategic and functional administrative support to the organisation to enable Architecture & Access to fulfil their mission of creating safe and accessible built environments.

  • Permanent, part time role - 3 days per week
  • Friendly supportive team and on the job training
  • Occasional work from home may be possible following initial training

The Role:

The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for a broad range of duties relating to the administration of the company, assisting the directors and staff located in offices around Australia. The Corporate Services Officer will perform professional administration services to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning in our Brisbane office and will provide occasional, remote support to our Melbourne office. The role works in close contact with staff and clients.

We are seeking to recruit the right person for this role who can demonstrate the capability to be self- directed and to work flexibly, efficiently and with attention to detail. On the job training will be provided for the successful candidate to support their learning of the required systems and processes involved in the role.

Skills & attributes:

  • Previous administration (or related) experience required
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and keen interest to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Warm, friendly and enjoys connecting with people
  • Has an ability to work independently, but also knows when to balance this with seeking guidance.
  • Evidence of full Covid-19 vaccination
