Providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the proficient operation of the service. Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team in the service.

The successful applicant may be subject to a probationary period of three months from the date of appointment to this position.Selection criteria

  • Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  • Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
