About the Role

Provide a high level of technical expertise and skills to manage the end to end support of the Queensland
Provide a high level, responsive support service for related systems and platforms to Metro North Health customers through detailed analysis, diagnosis and remediation of system faults and failures to ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained.
Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with all Vaccination rollout program staff, customers and suppliers to ensure the alignment of operational services, processes and service levels in the support and maintenance of the systems.
Implement technical processes and standards to ensure the integrity and sustainable, on-going management of systems including the application of appropriate standards for user access, system security, data protection, data storage, and system interfaces to maintain continuity of service.
Establish work priorities; manage workflows and meet deadlines in a changing environment to ensure assigned priorities and tasks are completed in accordance with defined service levels and agreements.
Provide feedback to clients, support staff and management on the status of incidents, problems and service requests thus ensuring client service standards are achieved.
