An exciting professional development opportunity has become available to join the Governance Department at Hume City Council and further your career in the role of Administration Officer - Infringement Refund Scheme.
As part of Council's Governance Department, you will be integral to administering Council's infringement refund scheme to eligible motorists by providing administration and customer service support to the scheme. You will undertake data analysis activities to identify infringements that are eligible for a refund, prepare bulk mailouts and perform debtor management and accounts payable activities. The role will also respond to general enquiries, keep information on the refund scheme updated on Council's website, and produce reports as required.
