What you'll be doing
To provide an effective, efficient and high quality admission, booking and waitlist service.

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.

This is a Temporary Fulltime role 12 months until 20 November 2022.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated administrative experience working in a busy office environment with proven capacity to show initiative, problem solving, prioritisation and attention to detail.
  • Proven well-developed interpersonal skills using both written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience working with database systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Evidence of a flexible approach and ability to adapt to change.
  • Medical Terminology Certificate or relevant work experience in a medical setting.
