The Administrative Officer is responsible to the Administration Services Coordinator, for the provision of an effective and efficient provision of a broad range of clerical and administrative services to the multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team, which support the delivery of clinical services to mental health clients. Duties will incorporate maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, answering telephone and counter enquiries and liaising with staff, the public and other services on client or team related matters.
