Waranga Health, located in Rushworth, is a 36-bed aged-care facility, inclusive of a four-bed acute care unit, a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed. Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.
Tatura Hospital and Park villa Aged care facility, located in Tatura, is 23 –bed facility, inclusive of 13 residential beds, 8 Acute beds and 2 Transitional beds. Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a dedicated multidisciplinary team across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.

About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Waranga and Tatura teams as Administration Team Leader. In this multifaceted role, the Administration Team Leader is responsible for providing administration staff with direction and support as well as assisting the Managers/Directors of Nursing at both campuses with day to day administration duties, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, organising meetings and general clerical support.
We are looking for
The successful applicant must have recent experience in administration, preferably in a health care setting. You will need highly developed time management and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and work under minimal supervision. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment. Self-motivation with a high level of organisational and time management skills, ability to manage and support a team and a sound knowledge of IT information systems, will be highly regarded. Previous experience in aged care is desirable.
