Do you have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support with accurate data entry and word processing skills as well as proven ability to operate efficiently in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management?


 

Do you have demonstrated ability to work under pressure and establish priorities, problem solve and adapt to meet predetermined deadlines and commitments in a demanding environment with competing and changing demands?


 

The purpose of this position is to support 1-3 Clinicians and Physicians as required.


 

The support comprises the provision of efficient and professional administration and day-to-day operational support for the Vascular Surgery Department, Vascular Laboratory and where relevant, Cardiovascular Clinics.


 

Working as part of a team, the Administrative Assistant will also ensure a high level of collaborative team focused support and service to senior managers and other Administrative staff within the Cardiovascular Stream. The Administrative Assistant may be required to rotate and provide administrative support to a range of managers and services and to complete other duties as required by the Clinical Nurse Consultants of the Vascular Laboratory and Senior Managers of the Cardiovascular Service.
