What you'll be doing
The Gastroenterology Day Centre (GDC) provides daily clinics for patients providing post-discharge follow-up and day medical treatments/procedures.

This is a front of house role for the Gastroenterology Day Centre. The role provides reception and administration duties including billing for the Gastroenterology Day Centre. The role liaisies with patients and healthcare staff to manage bookings for the service.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven extensive clerical experience working in a busy reception/ customer service position
  • Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to prioritise and multi task
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills - verbal and written with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team Competent computer skills in a windows based environment
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with data entry into database systems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to flexible work practices
  • A strong commitment to the provision of quality customer service
