About the position
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Office Manager, Parliamentary Reporting (Hansard) Service, and complete various other administrative duties as required, to assist Hansard to fulfil its functions of producing transcripts of proceedings of both Houses of Parliament and its committees. During non-sitting weeks of Parliament, the Administration Officer would provide clerical support services to other teams in the Parliament Services Division.
