We are seeking motivated and capable individuals who will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the division by providing a high level of administrative support. You may be employed in either a temporary or permanent capacity depending on the ongoing needs of the People and Corporate Services Division.
These positions are responsible for division's critical administrative and support duties, including but not limited to:
Provide effective and efficient general administrative support to work units.
Provide administration services including receiving telephone calls and visitors to the work unit and where necessary directing these to appropriate areas.
Sort, distribute and track correspondence and provide a follow up service where necessary.
Perform a variety of other administrative or support services as directed by the manager or unit team leader.
The ideal candidate will have:
An enthusiastic, positive and high energy manner that engages and motivates team members.
A result driven background with exploring data and reports in order to extract meaningful insights, which can be used to better understand and improve the business.
Strong verbal and written communication.
