The Global Office works collaboratively with Colleges and Divisions across the University as well as education partners and agencies in Australia and across the globe to endorse the University as a lead study destination for international students.

The Administrator, International Admissions and Compliance role supports the administrative and compliance functions of the International Admissions team within the Global Office. The team is comprised of a large support network of professional colleagues who nurture the end-to-end international student application processes from enquiry through to enrolment at the University.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual, enthusiastic in providing high-level administrative support. You will be a professional and informed point of contact for internal and external stakeholder enquiries, process offer acceptance documentation, administer the team’s compliance protocols and navigate across various University software and online platforms.

This ongoing, full-time position is located at Callaghan.

You will have:

  • Excellent administrative, time-management and organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities
  • High level of attention to detail, exceptional accuracy with a desire to produce quality work
  • Ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Willingness and ability to work with people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • Experience working with customer relationship software (CRM) is desirable
  • Previous experience in higher education or knowledge of the Higher Education sector in Australia would be advantageous

Conditions & Benefits

HEW Level 4 - $ 65,591 to $ 71,298 plus 17% superannuation
