The High-Risk Youth (HRY) Advanced Child Protection Practitioner receives and assesses reports of allegedabuse and neglect of children and young people. The HRY Advanced Child Protection Practitioner will workintensively with young people who are deemed to be a risk to themselves or/and the community. They undertakeinvestigations and develop plans to bring about the changes necessary to ensure the safety, stability, anddevelopment of HRY's and to promote their safety and wellbeing through intensive case management.
